Spring Programs start the week of April 7 and run through May 10. Use this form to register at any time. If you prefer to register in person or by phone, you may do so beginning April 1. Just stop by the lower floor desk or call us at 442.5301.

are registering for more than one program, please submit a separate form
for each program.
If you are
a family

for Thursday Family Craft Night or wish to sign up more than one child for a single
program, enter the additional names and ages in the "Additional Info" box
provided below.
